Bezier painting
Before I got into all this digital design work I was doing paintings as a fulltime occupation. I developed a style based on my early passion for graffiti art but in order to evolve from the existing I made my own set of rules:
1. fusion graffiti, pop art, optic art and minimalism.
2. no meaning-full words, instead experiment with abstract letterforms.
3. escape overload of colours and complexity
Anyway, I left this (and poverty) to work with Flash fulltime in 1999 and since then never found much time to paint.
For two years now I had some blank canvas taking up space so Wednesday night I finally gave painting a revisit.
The piece is untitled, size 60×60cm and the video above show how it was made.
